These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Sniffalot Treats’s Website, located at sniffalottreats.co.uk
By accessing this website or making an order via Instagram and Facebook we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Sniffalot Treats or make an order via Instagram or Facebook to if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Fully Registered
Sniffalot Treats is registered under Feed Hygiene Regulations and we can guarantee our products are produced in a clean and safe environment.
Cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted 24 hours after an order is placed. There are exceptions to this, which are if the order is personalised, is in the process of being made or has already been shipped.
Refunds & Returns
We do not accept returns as all orders are baked to order and we cannot resell them on as we cannot guarantee the treats have not been tampered with and therefore cannot guarantee they are safe for further consumption.
We do not offer refunds for orders arriving late due to couriers delivering late. Special delivery is the only guaranteed service. Tracked 24 and 48 and first class state they “aim” to deliver next day or within 48 hours for tracked 24, this is not a guarantee but an aim.
If you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Treats have a 6 month shelf, (5 days for cakes and pupcakes) please contact us with photographic evidence of the issue and we will send you a replacement.
We do not take responsibility for any breakage or damage caused during shipping and do not issue refunds for these instances. We shall however, put in a claim on your behalf with the courier company & forward any monies if & when the courier company pay them to us, or we offer a replacement of equivalent value for your order.
Orders usually have a 14 working day processing time, as are baked to order.
Complaints Procedure
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, please email us on [email protected] with pictures and reason why you are unhappy with your products.
We will then endeavour to work with you for a solution.
Recall Procedure
If for any reason we believe a batch has been contaminated or compromised, we will contact the relevant order/batch numbers and advice for you to not give these to your dog and to send them back to us. Each order has its very own unique order/batch number.
Sniffalot Box Subscription
Please log into the “my account” section and sign up for an account.
Payment for you monthly box will be via a recurring card payment each month. Paypal is not accepted for the monthly box. If you wish to cancel a month, then please log into “my account” and remove your card payment method.
Once you subscribe to the monthly box, we aim to send out the box to you within 7 days. If you forget to cancel, please contact us ASAP as within 7 days as your box for that month may have already been sent out.
Delivery
Delivery is via Hermes where available. This will be tracked, a tracking number will be issued and you are able to track your parcel. I do not accept liability for any missing parcels and this should be taken up with Hermes. Where Royal Mail is used when Hermes is unavailable, after 14 days of posting a claim can be made via them. I am happy to send one replacement whilst a claim is being investigated for missing parcels. Once I have posted a parcel, I have no control over the delivery.
