Our Story

I’m Chantelle, the founder of Sniffalot Treats, a 38 year old mother of two. I used to be an NQV assessor in health and social care, but left that job to care for my Great Uncle who had cancer. It was during this time Blossom came into our lives from our local kennels. Uncle has always been a great cook and gave me the idea to bake some treats for her. We started off doing them in his kitchen.

Baking in our home kitchen, which has been inspected and licenced, meant I was able to build the bakery business whilst still being a physically present mom.  I’ve been baking for two years for my own dog and my pet sitting and dog walking clients.

I officially launched Sniffalot Treats in July 2020. My sons dad died the first day of the lockdown, so I had to close my dog walking and pet sitting business to make sure I looked after him.

I believe that my products should be of excellent quality and priced appropriately. I believe all products should be made to perfection so customer satisfaction is a must.  I offer dog birthday cakes and packages. Gotcha day and new puppy packages. A range of treats including our famous doggy donuts, paw cookies, minty stars and our munch and crunch bones. We also cater for bulk orders from dog walkers, dog groomers and dog day care settings.

I make everything with love and from the heart. I ensure that all ingredients are fresh, natural and healthy. I will cater to all your specific requirements making sure your experience with us is truely unique.

We are located in Ashmore Park, in the West Midlands.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges, however, if for any reason, you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Our treats have a shelf life of 6 months and our cakes and brownies 7 days.
